Epoxy Surface Coatings

Epoxy coatings are effective ways to protect and improve a facility's appearance with the option of adding a non-slip surface. An epoxy coating works well for all surfaces and offers a durable, long lasting finish.

What is epoxy? Many varieties of resin, usually thermosetting resin, capable of forming tight cross linked polymer structures characterized by toughness, strong adhesion and low shrinkage. Epoxy unites or bonds surfaces together. Some synthetic adhesives, such as epoxy resins, are strong enough to be used in bonding and can bond on various materials. Surface prep is required before bonding materials with adhesives.

Epoxies come in a variety of color options.

Solid Colors are made from natural quartz aggregate and pigmented epoxy. This makes an affordable industrial resurfacing option. Macro and Micro color chip are a functional flooring that is both attractive and seamless. This option provides flair to your entrance, lobby or accent to your manufacturing area. Color chip is suitable for any area where a high level of aesthetics and durability is desired. Combine with a high-quality topcoat, the result is a surface that is as durable as it is decorative. Color chip is a decorative "poured in place" epoxy flooring system consisting of liquid polymers with 1/4" or 1/8" decorative chips. It is designed to provide a terrazzo-like appearance with the benefits of a seamless floor. In addition to its seamless cleanability, it requires no waxing.
